- 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of wheat fiber
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal
- a pinch of salt
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of warm skimmed milk
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Beat the egg yolks adding the milk. Add the butter and the banana and keep beating for a couple of minutes until combined. Start adding all the other ingredients, except for the baking powder and the whites. When everything get very combined, add those last exceptions with care. Pour in prepared muffins pans and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Chocolate pudding with Nutella cover
- 1 chocolate diet pudding mix
- 500ml and 1 tablespoon of skim milk
- 2 tablespoons of Nutella
Dissolve the pudding in the 500ml of milk and mix them in the flame till boil. Wait it cool and pour in cups.
Mix the Nutella and the 1 teablespoon of milk in the flame to make the nutella get more creamy. Cover the pudding with that and garnish as you like. Eat it cold.
You will have 5 portions and each one has 83 calories. With no Nutella it has only 58 calories. Enjoy!
